This man is a volunteer who was hauling rock to create a path on the ocean floor so that people who walked over the rocks to see the Light would be able to step on something other than seaweed. He was really nice!
This is the last few steps on the approach to the outbuilding of the light. The picture below shows what fell off the building, and then what is being used to hold that corner of the building up! Wow!
